The original hot yoga series designed to bring balance & health within the body & then maintain it. The 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 Pranayama breathing exercises are designed to provide a challenging, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. You will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of over all well being. This class is recommended for all students. Room is heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. Your choice between the traditional 90 minutes or the express 6o minutes class.

Inferno Hot Pilates
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. This class will add some extra skip in your step & put a smile on your face. Not only does this class build a strong, healthy body, it builds a positive mindset to help you reach your full potential. This 60 minute class is super effective and you see the results almost immediately.

Rest & Restore
Unwind after a long day or recover from Inferno Hot Pilates with some gentle restorative yoga. This class will focus on creating mobility in the hips, shoulders and upper spine with a focus on releasing the connective tissue through supported restorative postures. This is a non heated class with equipment provided— just bring your yoga mat.
