Bikram YogaThe original hot yoga series designed to bring balance & health within the body & then maintain it. The 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 Pranayama breathing exercises are designed to provide a challenging, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. You will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of overall well being. This class is recommended for all students. Room is heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. Your choice between the traditional 90 minutes or the express 6o-minute class.

Inferno Hot PilatesUsing Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. This class will add some extra skip in your step & put a smile on your face. Not only does this class build a strong, healthy body it builds a positive mindset to help you reach your full potential. This 60-minutes class is super effective and you see the results almost immediately.

Hot VinyasaThis flowing class is focused intensely on breath and feeling that awareness in your body. As you link your breath to movement allowing the energy to flow where it's needed. Every class is different with a variety of poses so you will never get the same class twice. Come as you are! All levels are welcome, always.

e84 (INTERMEDIATE)The e84 Intermediate Class introduces new postures and skills to people who have a foundation in Bikram yoga. It’s challenging, fun, and accessible and does not require any advanced skills. This class is not a fixed sequence, so expect to explore slightly different postures each time you participate.

Infusing components of yoga, bursts of cardio & strength training in a heated room. As we balance yoga movements in this high energy workout, followed by a zen cool down, get ready for an experience that's fun, challenging, but so rewarding. Everyone is welcome. Optional equipment (hand weights, yoga blocks, & resistance bands) are provided.
