To allow us to adapt we have a WEEKLY TEMPORARY SCHEDULE keeping in mind that things can change quickly. If classes sell out, we will have the flexibility to add more to accommodate everyone.
We post the schedule every Sunday so you can plan your classes for the week.

We will not be able to accommodate doubles (2 classes in 1 day) at this time. We need to give all students the opportunity to practice once a day.

Bikram Yoga Kona is a locally owned and operated small business in the heart of beautiful Kailua-Kona. We pay no fees or dues to any third party organization or franchise.
As everyone's comfort level is different, we strive to continue supporting those who choose to continue to practice at home. We have a large catalog of classes on a private Facebook Group for just $39 a month.
In your purchase confirmation email you will receive the link to request to join the group. Classes include Bikram 90 & 60 minutes, Inferno Hot Pilates, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Breath Work, and shorter 20-30 minutes HIIT workouts.
